First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Murali for his guidance during my internship and I appreciate that being given the opportunity to complete my internship at One Utama Parkson. I enjoyed very much my three months of internship with you and all the colleagues in One Utama Parkson.

I had an excellent internship at One Utama Parkson because I have learnt and experienced how an Asian-based department store operates, how they manage and run the systems efficiently in both retailing and human resource management parts, how they serve customers professionally with their ‘7 step Star Service’, and so on. There is a lot of valuable knowledge and experience that I never had before, what I have learnt was amazing and it is extremely valuable for my future development. I have no regret that I have chosen One Utama Parkson for my internship. If there is a chance I am willing to join One Utama Parkson in the future.
